The Executive Office (TEO) is the equivalent of the Cabinet Office is many countries. It provides a framework for better management across all Government Departments in Dubai. One of the major initiatives of TEO in 2006 was to develop guides for use across government in strategic planning, policy making and performance management. It was requested that these should be based on good existing practices in Dubai and best international practices from elsewhere. (more…)
